In full transparency it has taken me years, and I mean YEARS to find what works for my body and a way of eating and working out that I can stick to. This doesn’t mean that I have not taken weeks off or I’ve had bad months, It just means that I continue to fall back on this lifestyle and it works every single time. Tracking macronutrients & training hard in the gym is my jam but the transformation has taken time. I wish I had the overnight success but putting in this work long term has changed me and shown me that I can do hard things and to look at the big picture always!!

My encouragement to you: Keep going!!! Don’t compare yourself to the people around you…your journey is different. The process is much more important than the end result. You WILL be successful, and you WILL hit your goals if you don’t quit!! And if it’s not broken, don’t fix it… Find what works for you and stay consistent 💪🏾💪🏾 🔑
