Every year our agency takes us away as their talent for an annual gathering with fellow creators. It’s always so much fun to connect with people in the industry that do what you do!! Our job can be pretty isolating so getting out and sharing our passions in a fun, laid back environment is always so life giving!! Every day is filled with activities surrounding food, drinks and connecting with one another!! Below is a breakdown of what we did each day while we were in SLO! I can’t wait for next year!!
Sunrise Soiree
One of the first events was a gorgeous welcome brunch at Region hotel. This was the perfect way to start off the trip! Everybody was dressed like they were attending a Taylor Swift concert and I absolutely loved it!! As you can tell, the theme was very bright and floral and, let me tell you, these girls did not come to play with their outfits! Everyone looked absolutely stunning!! The vibes, the decor, the food, everything was on point! It was so much fun to just dress up with your girls and have a delicious brunch!
MarFarm
The next big event planned for the week was a day spent at MarFarm. Now when I think of a farm, I typically think of manual labor in the dirt with farm animals everywhere. Not the most fun idea for a day trip if you ask me. However, this place is absolutely NOT your average farm!
MarFarm is like if you typed “aesthetic farm” on Pinterest. Everything about it is cozy, country, and picturesque. I’m sure you can tell by the pictures alone. They had the cutest activities for us to do, like customizing our own hats, making flower arrangements, sampling perfumes, etc. They even had a little wagon full of puppies!!! I was completely blown away at the beauty of this place and already wish I could go back!
Granada Inn Dinner Party
Our last big event of the trip was a gorgeous dinner at the Granada Inn! The theme for the night was glamor. Everyone was dressed to the nines and looked stunning! I decided to wear my new Petal & Pup dress. The sheer dress with the sparkle detail was absolutely perfect for the dinner!
The food was immaculate, the drinks were delicious, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous!! This place literally felt like we were transported to a completely different time. Everything looked so moody and eclectic with a touch of vintage. Getting to have a delicious meal, sip on some cocktails and enjoy the company of these amazing women was truly the perfect way to close out our trip.
