Oh man do we LOVE football season! Ben and I are BIG Pats fans and are SO thrilled they are going to the super bowl!!! This year we are doing some grilling outside with our new grill and Kingsford Charcoal Briquettes. Looking at this charcoal brings back SO many childhood memories of my dad grilling outside for all of us at all our family gatherings and parties! Major nostalgia!
Home-gating is such a brilliant idea in my opinion! Theres no place like home plus, who doesn’t love hot, grilled food during a game!? Ok, maybe not everyone, but we sure do!! Our FAVORITES to grill are wings, a bit of chicken and beef skewers, so thats what we did!
Whats nice is Kingsford Original Briquettes make grilling super easy and a bit more fun! The coals heat rather quickly so Ben was able to start cooking within 15 minutes of lighting them. The briquettes are made right here in the US with natural ingredients and real wood. It gave all of our meat a real smoky flavor. Now we don’t want to cook our meat any other way!
Fun fact: the high quality ingredients that the coals are made of- ensure long burning performance and keep your barbecue going longer in comparison to other charcoal brands! Charcoal is the best! This makes me wish it wasn’t 10º in chicago and we could grill for the super bowl 🙁 Just saying, my favorite grilled food might be PIZZA! Highly recommend.
