I have been wanting to put this post together since last year! I finally decided to work on this with Alena early last month. We drove around to my favorite coffee shops in Sacramento, grabbed a drink and took some photos! We had a great time and I was VERY caffeinated! Read more about my top 3 favorite coffee shops in Sacramento below.
I love to meet friends at The Mill for Coffee! It’s also a really nice spot to get some work done! There is both outdoor and indoor seating for whatever you are in the mood for. The coffee shop was started by a husband and wife. Their company began as a coffee stall at the Saturday Farmers Market in Midtown Sacramento and morphed into a coffee shop in 2014. My drink of choice is a Macadamia nut latte! GAH! It is so good! The Mill is located on 1827 I Street Sacramento, CA, 95811 United States.
Insight Coffee Roasters came to Sacramento, California in 2011. I love that such a great coffee shop has only been here for such a short period of time! I LOVE my almond milk lattes, but my favorite drink to get at Insight is their almond milk matcha tea lattes as pictured below! Absolutely delish! Insight has two locations in Sacramento: 1901 8th Street Sacramento, California 95811 & 1615 16th Street Sacramento, California 95814.

If you live in Sacramento then you know Temple. To be completely candid, this is my favorite coffee shop here in Sacramento. They have several locations but my favorite is their newest spot pictured below, 2200 K St Sacramento CA 95816. The floor made of 500,000 hand-laid pennies and all the intricate well-thought out decor gets me every single time! The restored space was originally built in the 1800’s. You can feel the history but also get the modern day accent feels as well. “The first Temple Coffee house in 2005 with a dream of creating a community gathering place much like the temples he visited during his travels. His vision was simple: good vibes, great service, and exceptionally well-prepared coffee. Ten years, five coffee houses, and a roasterie later, it is still this vision that Temple perpetually strives to fulfill.” – Temple Coffee Roasters… Read more about Temple Coffee Roasters here. My drink of choice is an almond milk latte and their bliss tea!
I am a coffee girl! Coffee is my love language along with flowers and rice crispy treats! My first real job was at Dunkin Donuts in CT. I was 15 years old and I would say that my addiction to coffee began then. It has only grown since then and so has my love for good coffee. I would love to hear your favorite coffee shops below, wherever you are from as well! Hope you are all having an amazing day and have an amazing week as well! Thank you as always for stopping by the blog!
