{Labor Day Love}

Weekends are our favorite in general. But who doesn’t love a long weekend?! I love a good weekend spent with family and friends! Two weekends out of the month either Ben or myself are working so we cherish the other two that we get to spend all together.

Our favorite weekend ritual is going to our local coffee shop. I grab an almond milk latte and the kids split a small hot cocoa amongst themselves. They also share a yummy treat! My crew is almost always up before the rest of the world,so we hit the ground running pretty early,and most times we let daddy get a lie in, while we go on a little adventure.

This Sunday our adventure was in old Folsom. Our little downtown area where we live. It was so early that no one was around and the kids got to explore, run, make believe, laugh out loud and play in freedom. I love watching and listening to them. These are memories I’ll never forget.
