Right around this time of year I feel this extra push to workout and get my strength training/endurance amped up for the upcoming Spring and Summer months. Part of it is me just  constantly trying to improve myself over all.  I start looking at classes to take and races to run! I love this time of year! I look at it as a fun “training season.”  I remember starting to train for my first 1/2 marathon right around this time of year a few years ago.
I have a few fitness goals this Fall, but to keep it simple, I just want to get stronger and increase my physical endurance.  Another simple daily goal is to be active at my job! This is my very first Fit bit device and I am HOOKED! I feel like I can’t live without it now!     I used to have a Fitbit Charge 2! I loved it but it only lasted a year so I got a Samsung Gear Fit 2. I was thinking about getting a Versa! So maybe my next watch WIll be a versa.

    I LOVE THIS!! hOW HAS IT BEEN MONITORING YOUR SLEEP CYCLES? i FEEL LIKE IM CONSISTENTLY ALL OVER THE BOARD WITH DAYS OR ENERGY VS EXHAUSTION. i WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A SOURCE OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT MY SLEEP.

    I love my Fitbit Versa too! I did have a problem with the Band because it kept making me break out. However, I found some super cute bands on Amazon that I love and haven’t had a problem since. I love the charge too! It is so easy to charge and it last for over 5 days! I wear it in the pool for my swimming AEROBICS CLASS TOO!

    I have had fitbits for many years and i am so addicted. i currently have a charge 2 and it also reminds me to be active every hour (so i might look silly just walking around and tripping to get those 250 steps but i don’t care). now i want the charge 3, it looks amazing!
