Have you ever flown Alaska Airlines? It is an experience. A great experience. I always say there is no service like their’s. From the moment you step foot on the plane you can feel the warmth of the flight attendants in their smile and overall demeanor. I look forward to my flights with Alaska. Top off the amazing flight experience I got to have a first hand look at their JFK lounge.
Right after our crazy 5 days in New York for NYFW I was looking forward to a few relaxing hours in the Alaska Airlines lounge. We walked in and all we could say was “Oooohh” “Ahhh.” Not only was everything bright, airy and happy, but it was also quiet and peaceful. I felt like I could take a deep breath, put my feet up and unwind. That is exactly what I did. All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating our entire time at the lounge. The lounge offers a complimentary food and well drinks that we all took full advantage of.
The new JFK lounge serves as a home base for Alaska flyers commuting across the country. The heavily trafficked routes between the East Coast and San Francisco Los Angeles has added major frequency to JFK. If you are flying JFK anytime in the future you can find the lounge located on the mezzanine level of Terminal 7. If you are not flying first class (automatically have access) then you can get a day pass to the lounge at any time! I highly recommend that you stop in if you can! It is the perfect spot to recharge, relax and get ready for that amazing Alaska Airlines flight!
