Get To Know Me

 It’s been a while since I’ve done any sort of introduction so I thought it was time to share a little bit about me!!

I am 36 years old born on June 21st in Jamaica.

I was raised in Connecticut and I am currently living in Northern California.

I love Jesus and I decided at the age of 15 to give my life fully to him and surrender. Best decision I’ve ever made.

I am a worship leader and have been singing since I was 8 years old in front of people.

I have one sibling, my younger brother. I am older.

I became a nurse in 2003. I was 19 at the time, young and naïve. Super thankful that I knew early on what I wanted to do with my life.

I have been married to the love of my life for 12 years. We dated from June to December and were married the following July. It was love at first sight.

Ben, my husband, was born in England and is the second born of 5.

Ben is a police officer for a local Police Department. Extremely thankful for all of our Frontline workers.

We have three beautiful children, Ava (11), Savannah (almost 10) and Judah (8). They are 15 and 17 months apart.

Growing up I never had a dog and I swore that we would never have one in this household until Ben and the kids convinced me to get Charlie. Now I’m an animal lover and I want more dogs even though I just got another one! Welcome to the family Eli!

We bought our first home together last August.

I can barely swim.

My weakness is fries and gummy candy.

I got my tubes tied at 28 and I really regret it.

I am 5’1”.

I have been wearing wigs since I was 18 and I love them!

I started this blog in 2015 after failing at two other blogs prior. This was for fun and never in 1 million years did I think I would have any success at all. God proved me wrong over and over again. 

Pretty sure I am an Enneagram 7 with an 8 wing.
