This weekend was extra special for me!! I’ve bee

This weekend was extra special for me!! I’ve been singing in church since I was probably eight years old and the first time I sang was with my mom. This weekend Ava got to sing with me for the very first time in an afternoon set during @awakeningyouthmvmt 😭🥹🤍. Such an incredibly sweet moment-all the feels!

I still feel like I should be 16 years old but instead I’m 41 this year experiencing a youth conference with my kids. I am really proud of her… Not only was it her first time on the main stage, but it was her first time singing in front of 1000 peers and friends! She was confident, she was bold and she was herself. So so proud of her and grateful for these moments with all of my kids 🤍

@beckyfoxjohnson & @derekjohnson_ thank you both so much for creating a safe space for young people to discover their gifts, exercise creativity and walk them out fearlessly ❤️‍🔥
