This most recent trip to Nashville was jam-packed with some of the most amazing restaurants! The food in Nashville hits different. These places below have transformed southern, comfort food into five star cuisine.
Below are four restaurants in Nashville that are definitely worth trying!!
The best way I can describe Etch is that it is exactly what you picture when you think of modern, artistic fine dining. The food is not merely put on a plate here. Each plate is designed like an edible work of art. This restaurant consists of globally-inspired food by award winning chef, Deb Paquette. The way they prepare food here is a whole experience that is very worth experiencing at least once.
The Restoration Hardware restaurant is actually tied to a furniture remodeling company by the same name. So, as I’m sure you can guess by that alone, the look of this place is amazing!! They truly know how to design an aesthetic! But beyond the look of it, the food itself is amazing!! They have quite the wide range of food here as well from burgers to salmon to salads. The food plus the ambiance of the whole place made it one definitely worth visiting.
I absolutely loved Adele’s. This restaurant had a wonderfully relaxed feel to it. They specialize in comfort foods and the definitely make both the food and the environment comfortable. I love how it felt like a fine dining experience, but I didn’t feel like I had to be over the top professional or fancy. It was the perfect combination of relaxed and elegant. They also specialize in locally sourced, seasonal food. It was so fresh and truly a pleasure to eat!
Kayne Prime described themselves as the perfect balance between a chef-chic boutique and an all-American steakhouse and they hit the nail on the head with that one. The meat here is some of the most delicious cuts I’ve ever had! I mean just look at the picture!! Similar to Adele’s, they also specialize in farm fresh to table dining. If you are a fan of fresh, southern cooking with a sophisticated twist, this is the place for you!
