Haberdash Soul Company

I am always so inspired by people that follow their dreams and apply their God-given gifts and talents to various areas of their lives.  Often times when we take a leap of faith, the road ahead is not very clear.  We may have in mind what the next 2 steps might be, but have no clue what the next 90 million may look like.  That is what makes this life so beautiful and full of adventure.  Not knowing all the answers, but making a move anyway, especially when it has to do with your dreams, is admirable.

Today, I want to introduce you to a true Artisan shop.  Chanel, owner and designer of Haberdash Soul Company, was just,  two years ago teaching high school students full time.  She decided that she wanted more for her life and was tired of living from paycheck to paycheck.  She began making and selling headbands on Etsy.  They now sell a full line of clothing.  They make anything from headbands and kimonos to skirts and vests. “Our brand has evolved over the last two years… Here at Haberdash Soul we are passionate about ethically made, high quality pieces that encompass a nature inspired lifestyle.”

When Chanel reached out to me to collaborate I was beyond honored to work with a fellow mom, entrepreneur, dreamer and visionary! What they have done and are doing is amazing and I am thrilled to be a part in any way.  I was so excited to have the girls with me in on a shoot! It had been a while.  Ava, my tomboy loved the Kimono.  I just stared at her for a while because it had been so long since I saw her all dressed up! One of my favorite parts about these Kimono’s is the tie in the front for the girls.  They are both all over the place that if it weren’t for the tie, they would be falling off of their shoulders. This outfit is perfect for us on a Sunday morning or a day at the mall, not to mention I love matching with the girls! This matching with your mom thing, isn’t cool forever!

This is just one of Chanel’s many designs. Please check out more of these hand made, high quality pieces here.   This post literally does not do her work justice!! Last, but not least, my readers can enjoy 15% off of your entire purchase with the code “RUTHIERIDLEY” for the next 48 hours! Do not miss out on this fantastic discount! Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you have a great week! Much love,

Ruthie xo
