Does this year feel like it’s flying by or is it just me?! We’re in February, almost March and I feel like spring and summer are right around the corner!

Many of you know that I have been doing the keto diet since December 25! Yes! I started on Christmas day. To be honest I have no regrets. It was a great decision for me. I feel like I’m in control again and, although I’m not perfect on many days, I definitely feel like I’m headed in the right direction! I don’t step on the scale often but I do pay attention to how everything is fitting me. I’ve learned over the past few months that my sugar and carb intake really affect my metabolism and my mood.

I was really excited to be introduced to Target’s Two Good Greek Yogurt! Not only is it great for me and the amount of sugar it has, but it’s also great for the entire family! They have so many flavors, but I would have to say that the Good Save Meyer Lemon Greek Yogurt is my favorite! It’s so delicious and refreshing! You know it’s fresh too, because their Meyer Lemons are California grown and are Verified Rescued through Two Good’s partnership with Full Harvest Tech. It’s truly been one of the best keto approved snacks that I’ve found.
Not only can I get onboard with the flavor though, I always love purchasing food that I know helps reduce waste and Two Good is joining the movement to reduce food waste at the farm level. In other words, I can feel good eating it from the flavor/ingredients AND from knowing it’s reducing waste one cup at a time.
