July was a reset month for me—and I’m proud to

July was a reset month for me—and I’m proud to be back at it🥳🙌🏾🥰✨ I decided to lock in, refocus, and get back to consistent movement. For a while, life demanded my attention elsewhere, but here’s your reminder: it’s OK to fall off, as long as you find your way back 😌

This month I started running again—after not really running since my half marathon in my 30s. I surprised myself with a few miles here and there. I even got back into spin class, and it moved me to tears—🏃🏾‍♀️🎶🚴🏾‍♀️ I walked a lot and spent time with the Lord.

This month, I moved my body intentionally & I invited my family in to join the journey & I gave myself permission to start again ❤️‍🔥

You don’t have to be perfect—just present!!!
