Last week Wednesday Kachet and I broke up our normal routines and headed to Cafeteria 15L for a mid-week girls night instead!! We were so excited to get out and enjoy some yummy bites! I tend to frequent Cafeteria 15L a lot! I’ve celebrated birthdays here, come often for brunches and love their dinners! Every single meal time in the restaurant is amazing! Last week I wanted to try something on the menu I’ve never tried before and I am glad I did!! I was not disappointed! I mean, just take one look at our pictures and you can see…. YUMM! We started off with their fries (my absolute weakness)! They were divine!! My other weakness is artichoke dip! So I told Kachet, we have to order that as well! I think I have mentioned this in a previous posts but whenever I go out I keep it simple with the drinks! I ordered a gin and tonic, which in my opinion is always a win! After appetizers came the main course, naturally. My salad was to die for and then we had a watermelon salad as well which was amazing!! We definitely couldn’t eat everything, but was so glad to get to get a taste of all the goodies! Ben was so excited to have some of my leftovers that night!  Directly following dinner we had their famous s’mores which were too good! We were a day early for national s’mores day which was actually perfect because we were able to get pictures #bloggerlife!  I am totally a marshmallow lover… Are we seeing a problem here?! I have a lot of weaknesses LOL!

Dinner was an absolute blast and all of the food tasted amazing!! As I had said earlier I frequent this restaurant a lot! In fact I will be celebrating a friend’s birthday here in a few weeks! What has always drawn me to Cafeteria 15L is the atmosphere! It’s a really cool vibe and the waiters and waitresses are all so amazing and kind! I also love the lighting! Whether you sit indoors or outdoors, the aesthetic is perfection!! When my mom visited me for the first time a few years ago from Connecticut, this is the first restaurant I took her to and for all of the reasons above! This goes without saying but if you ever visit the Sacramento area make sure that one of your stops is Cafeteria! Thank you as always for stopping by the blog!!
