There are a few new faces around so I felt like it would be a great time to do Friday introductions💖🥰💖
⚪️ I was born in Jamaica raised in CT, moved to CA on a dream and also to be apart of the @jcsacramento church plant in 2013
⚪️ Ben and I met at church in CT. Our families were hanging out before we ever met each other. Started dating in June of 2007. Engaged in December. Married in July 2008.
⚪️ Ben was born in England.
⚪️ Ava is 11 almost 12, Savannah is 10 and Judah is 9 on Sunday. They’re 15 and 17 months apart.
⚪️ I got pregnant with Ava two months after getting married.
⚪️ Originally we wanted 5 kids. I had two back to back c-sections so I decided to tie my tubes at 28 🤪🤪.
⚪️ I will be 37 on June 21. Ben will be 35 on July 16. He has 4 siblings and I have 1.
⚪️My main sports growing up were soccer ⚽️ and track 🏃🏾‍♀️
⚪️ Even though I’m on the keto diet my favorite foods are pasta, gummy candy and fries LOL
⚪️ I left my 17 year nursing career last fall to pursue influencing and content creation full-time after doing both for 6 years.
⚪️ Ben had originally gone to school for his teaching degree in exercise science back in Connecticut. When we got to California he found out he had to do all this recertification. It had been deep in his heart to get into law-enforcement and decided to pursue that instead. He has been on patrol 🚔 since 2018.
⚪️ We just started Outlander 😲. Such incredible acting. But we love true crime shows and documentaries.

I wear glasses for blue light protection and Benjamin just got a new prescription late last year. He was on patrol when he realized while driving at night it was becoming more and more difficult to read street signs. We started looking to Eyeglass World last year and it has been the best decision we have made! One of our favorite things about @eyeglassworld is that the day you get your eye exam is the day you get your glasses! Best part is you can always find a two pair for $78 deal every single day!
