Hump day!! I gotta be honest, this week is going by a lot quicker than last!! I was struggling big time! So here we are…look at me, I am actually in workout clothes! I went to CT last month and when I got back I found it SO hard to get back to the gym and back on schedule.  It is amazing how a little vacation can completely throw you off!! I wanted to give an update on my fitness endeavors a lot sooner than now, but truth be told, September was a whirlwind and not much was happening!!! I gotta keep it real! BUT, I am back now, I have been taking my spinning classes and lifting again and I feel so good!! Back in August I kind of shared a bit about my fitness journey (you can read the post here) and a big thing that had been bugging me was how I viewed myself and how hard I had been on myself.  I can proudly say that I am getting to a much healthier spot mentally in this regard and to me, that is everything! I am still dialing in on my diet and am on a new program that I will share with you all in December, after I finish up my first 60 days for a thorough review! All in all I think I am improving and I am happy with that!!  Getting balance in my life is SO important to me.

Now on to this workout gear that is literally a steal! I don’t know about you but cute workout clothes is half of the battle with getting to the gym! If I have a cute look for the gym, my motivation level is high! In fact, tomorrow I am wearing all purple and I am feeling good about that!! LOL! These pants are super fun, high waisted and the perfect price point! I love the colors! Very retro, but yet modern at the same time! I have been super into mesh tops lately! Breathable and cute!!     I love those leggins and mesh tops are the best. i HAVE BOUGHT WORK OUT WEAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AND i HAVE FORGOT TO EXHALE AFTER SEEING THE PRICES. sHE, TOO, GETS MOTIVATED WITH THE CLOTHES SHE LIKES TO WORK OUT IN.

    I’m so proud of you for training yourself to think more positively about your body before even working on your physical appearance! I know that you know that God thinks you’re the most beautiful as you are, so it’s important to keep that in mind when you’re creating a fitness routine. I’m also proud of you for taking care of your body as well! Doesn’t it feel so good? I’ve recently gotten into the habit of frequenting the gym, and I love how strong my muscles are getting! It’s amazing how our bodies are made. Cutest gym clothing suggestions as well. Love that they’re all so affordable!
